Honestly I feel bad for this guy and any business owner that getting recked because of this pandemic you can tell he's been losing his shit….
Yeah outside is safer I believe. Sun and heat kill it. Saw a thing when this first came out that this one is more heat sensitive than the first sars. 135⁰ took 15 mins to completely kill the sample. Granted it's not gonna hit 135 outside of a car parked in the sun. But I'm guessing 95⁰ will kill it over the course of the day on surfaces.
Trump shut down flights end of January. The US definitely wasn’t behind or handled it worse compared to other countries as Joe says.
