Every cat I ever had that went outside was always killing wildlife even though they were well fed. I’ve had them kill the smallest bug all the way to squirrels and adult rabbits. More than one would usually only eat one organ out of the animal or sometimes just bring me only one organ instead of the whole animal. Or sometimes they would only bring me the head.
I had some neighbors move away and they left their cat which I ended up adopting. He would climb up a nearby tree and wait for birds to come to their nests and he would grab birds out of the air. House cats are more ferocious than they get credit for.
