How many civilisations do we know about? And those that have been around long enough to understand are only advanced. There are others in the empty space that is growing, as I imagine is the beginning of our encounter or communication in order to harmonise and be able to create reasoning by combining parts in search of the same existence. God is good, he doesn't punish, he is perfect and he made us with the certainty of not making mistakes, just not interfering in the free arbitration so that the Evolution of the group starts from within without interference, similar to the movement of stars, atoms, cells that I haven't even imagined yet. The earth is a tool that we use to start without seeing the time of our universe at once. It must be painful to prepare, to learn, to group together to dress this body with a sense and to repeat the same mistake. It must be an eternity each step of the way to have the comfort of technology in the progression that balances filling the empty space that expands more than it is filled.
