It is not possible for those who have taken the mark of the beast to turn back to God.
Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
Rev 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Rev 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
These who have taken the mark of the beast are as good as reprobate and why they repented not.
Those who have taken the mark of the beast are doomed, however there will be a number of them that do live and enter the Millennial Reign of Christ, these will have children who will not be under the judgment of Revelation 14.
Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Rev 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
When the Millennial Reign begins the number of humans that enter it will be about one third of the previous Earth's population if I remember the stats correctly, this number will increase over the 1,000 years to become a number that is as the sand of the sea.
But there is something else that is significant about Rev 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth,
it does not make sense that Satan would further deceive people that are already deceived, no, these people have been living in the truth of Jesus for 1,000 years, they have known the truth they have been living in the truth of Christ through His Reign on the Earth and through the saints who have Reigned with Him.
The people of the Millennial Reign have known nothing but the truth of Christ through His Reign, and that is why they can be deceived by the Satan when he is loosed from his prison, as he nor his helpers have been around to do any deceiving for the entirety of the 1,000 years.
