Im not a prepper but im prepared for the end of the world and can live for another 10 years…
1:12 I'm not a 'prepper' you know but, I'm prepared… in some ways"… notice how powerful language and words are… Joe doesn't want to be associated with the term "prepper" but he instantly follows it up with him having storage of dried goods… which means he prepares for the future….which means he's a "prepper" by definition…. it's just the connotation and social conditioning around the word "prepper" that makes him reluctant to identify as a "prepper"….now imagine how many MILLIONS of people can fall into this same mindset
People used to "prep" as a way of life, it just wasn't called prepping. They not only put back supplies to make it months but the skills to provide for their own sustainability.
