No one mentions Palestine, not until the Roman’s defeated the Israeli revolt 1900 years ago and kicked them out and renamed it “Palestine” which translates to “the land of the philistines” literally named after their sworn enemies as big f*** you when they kicked them out of their land after colonizing. They were colonized over and over and over and they the oldest mentioned country there in recorded history.
