Doug doesn't seem t have a very clear understanding of things. Attempting to translate multiple words; meanings!? Really? So it could mean this or it could mean that…… Or it could mean that he doesn't want to accept the text as is at all, as he claims. He wants it to mean what HE understands it to mean. Typical, all through history people have been doing what he's doing. Twisting the text to conform to a particular train of thought. Also; That valley they speak of, has anyone actually calculated the square miles of the valley? Or estimated how many people it would take to die to fill the valley bridle high in blood? How much blood would soak into the ground prior to the valley filling up? Several billion I would guess. Perhaps that's a metaphor?There are not enough "eagles" on the planet to feast upon a valley fully of dead people. Especially in the middle east region. Vultures however, there's plenty of those in that part of the world. "Eagles" could also be pertaining to anything that flys…. as is aircraft. At the time the text was written how else could someone inform people of the future things that fly other than indicating some type of bird? No one would have understood F-18 3000 yrs. ago.
Rob's ascertain that the Eagles are surrounding a single man's carcass doesn't exists in a vacuum. Look at all of the occultism of our countries history, then tell Rob he's wrong.
