USA police are too reckless and violent. Qualify Immunity make it next to impossible to hold police accountable for their misconduct. Colorado has ended Qualify Immunity and cases of excessive force and unlawful arrests has drop significantly.
The reason we need to defund the police is because police are raping and kill children
Since a lot if these coos are overweight, their first reaction is using their guns. It is lazy procedures that's the problem. If a cop is in shape and has proper training, he can take down a criminal and apprehend them and let the court decide their fate. That's real policing. Get rid of qualified immunity also. Because all a coo has to say in court if he kills someone us "He feared for his life" and they'll let him walk.
