Bill Nye just uses bandwagon fallacies over and over. If he was actually correct, he wouldn't need to rely on popular consensus to prove it. He would be able to prove it with evidence as is required in science.
Good grief. What utter, utter garbage. Agreed, series title is a joke, but I'm fairly sure that it wasn't meant literally. Yet, the message in the narration is that science is fake, its a lie. Follow your God to the truth etc. Prove flat earth, prove young Earth, prove star/galactic distances is false, science is a lie etc. Strange that you use the results of science and research to spout your version of the truth. The internet was created by scientists, not some ethereal spirit. Electrons in computers obey scientific principles not a verse in a religious text. The plastic in the keys on keyboards are made from distilling oil – the process designed by scientists and engineers – not from prayers to the heavens. I wonder how much of this you actually believe yourself, or whether you're attempting to tap into enough people's pockets to part with the $30+ for a t-shirt? Surely, if you REALLY didn't believe in scientific evidence and the usage of scientific research you'd have come up with your own internet/computers/networks/YouTube etc – and not utilise the things that the scientists you so desperately try to decry, have done. So well, in fact, that you have only ONE choice and that is to use them for your own, very short-sighted, means.
